About me.

Ahlan! I’m Carol, an Egyptian living in London who wants to spread the word about Egyptian food, help those living abroad like me to make their favourite dishes and bring it to those who might be unfamiliar with it.

This project first started out as a way to teach myself how to make the dishes I grew up eating and not having access to since moving from Cairo to London in 2008, and now here we are!
